今日的假朋友是法語(yǔ)的“insister”和英語(yǔ)的“insist”，2個(gè)詞用來(lái)源于拉丁詞“insistere”，原意為“立在……以上”(stand upon)，引申為“堅(jiān)持不懈，執(zhí)著于”(persist, dwell upon)。法語(yǔ)的“insister”意為“堅(jiān)持不懈，堅(jiān)持于”(persévérer à demander ou à faire qqch.)。初看上去，好像和英語(yǔ)的“insist”沒(méi)有什么不同，但從詞組中就看得出區(qū)別來(lái)了。

Exemple：

1.Je ne voulais pas que mon fils ait une moto, mais il a tellement insisté que j’ai finalement cédé.

I didn’t want my son to have a motorbike but he was so insistent /kept on about it so much that I finally gave in.

法語(yǔ)的“insister”也有“注重，加劇”(accentuer, souligner)的含意，常譯為英語(yǔ)的“emphasis”等。

Exemple：

1.Insiste plus sur la deuxième syllabe (note).

Stress /emphasize /accentuate the second syllable (note) more.

第二個(gè)聲調(diào)(音樂(lè)符號(hào))要念(唱，彈，奏)得重些。

2.Je n’insisterai pas sur le dernier chapitre parce qu’il traite surtout de la période post-napoléonienne.

4.J’insiste sur la politesse.

I attach great importance to politeness.

5.N’insistons pas sur les erreurs qu’il a commises.

Let’s not dwell on the mistakes he’s made.

而英語(yǔ)的“insist”意為“果斷規(guī)定，勒令”(exiger, revendiquer)，留意，這個(gè)意思比法語(yǔ)的“insister”要明顯得多，也更振振有詞。

留意：在下列的語(yǔ)句里，法語(yǔ)和英語(yǔ)盡管都用“insist (er)”，但含意各有不同。
